Look out for Derek van der Merwe who will be manning the Endangered Wildlife Trust’s stand at the upcoming NAMPO agricultural show in Bothaville, Free State.

NAMPO is one of the largest privately organised and owned exhibitions in the world and the largest show of agricultural machinery and livestock in the southern hemisphere. It takes place annually outside Bothaville in the Free State, Republic of South Africa. Organised by Grain SA, it provides a unique opportunity to all manufacturers and distributors of agricultural machinery, products and services to exhibit as well as demonstrate their vast range of products to their targeted customers – the farmers of South Africa.

The Show exists mainly for summer grain farmers, with more than 35 000 farmers attending each year. The contact between exhibitors and farmers, as well as inter-action between farmers is of prime importance. The Show’s popularity draws farmers from all over southern Africa, thus farmers from the Western and Eastern Cape, Namibia, Mpumalanga, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Angola, Botswana, Swaziland and Lesotho attend the NAMPO Agricultural Trade Show.

The Show has become known internationally and is also attended regularly by visitors from abroad. So, come and talk to Derek who will be on hand to answer questions about our Programme.
